Terms & Conditions 

• The couple will receive the honeymoon packages after settling all their bills.
• The couple (s) shall make their reservation /redemption directly with Bangkok Airways and relevant Mövenpick Hotel and restaurant. Any additional expenses will be the responsibility of the couple(s).
• Any VAT incurred from the point redemptions or others tax, in accordance with the local regulations, will be the responsibility of the couple (s).

The Resort reserves the right to modify the offer without advance notice.

The Flyer Bonus Points redemption process:

1. Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok will send the couple’s names, Flyer Bonus member number, telephone number, and email address to Bangkok Airways at wanchana@bangkokair.com.
2. If the couple still needs to become a Flyer Bonus member, they can sign up for free at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com.
3. The couple can redeem the tickets by emailing their names, surnames, flight details, and travel date to flyerbonus@bangkokair.com in order to reserve the tickets.
4. Points for redemption do not cover airport taxes and fees. The couple is responsible for airport taxes and fees as follows:
– Bangkok – Maldives Route: Ticket issuance fee is 180 baht per person, airport tax, and government tax 8,240 baht (as of 20 August 2024, subject to change according to currency exchange rates).
– Bangkok – Koh Samui Route: Ticket issuance fee is 180 baht per person, airport tax, and domestic award ticket fee is 1,080 baht per person.
5. The redemption is valid until 31 December 2025 and cannot be extended.
6. The couple must travel together on the designated route only.
7. Flyer Bonus Points cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
8. If the trip is cancelled, the airline reserves the right not to return points and fees that have been redeemed or paid in all cases.
