Terms and Conditions for ALL THINGS CHOCOLATE PHOTO CONTEST

Overview
These terms and conditions govern the giveaway campaign ALL THINGS CHOCOLATE PHOTO CONTEST (the Campaign) conducted by BDMS Wellness Resort Co. Ltd (“Organizer”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to abide by these terms.

Eligibility
1. This Campaign is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
2. Employees of BDMS Wellness Resort Co. Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally associated with the Campaign are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter
Participants can enter the Campaign by:

1. Post your Chocolate Hour photos on Instagram or Facebook’s feed and stories
2. Tag 3 friends on your post and stories.
3. Tag us on Instagram @movenpickbdmsbangkok and Facebook @MovenpickBDMSWellnessBangkok
4. Include two hashtags: #MovenpickBDMSBangkok #Movenpickchocolate25

Entries must be submitted from 14th to 25th April 2025 at 4.00 pm. Late entries will not be accepted.

Prizes
5. The prize for the Campaign is a complimentary voucher of one night stay in a Deluxe Room with daily breakfast buffet for two. The voucher is valid for 6 months and is redeemable at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok.
6. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The selection process will take place on Friday, 25 April at 5.00 pm. The Winner announcement will occur on Friday 25 April 2025 at 8.00 pm, Bangkok Local Time.

Winner Notification
7. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM or Facebook message. And post announcement made on the Organizer’s Facebook & Instagram by Saturday 26th April 2025, after the winner announcement.
8. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond, another winner may be chosen.

General Conditions
9. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the Campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Campaign.
10. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Facebook and the Organizer from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Campaign or any prize awarded.
Data Privacy
11. Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used in accordance with BDMS Wellness Resort Co., Ltd’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Governing Law
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
