This October, Khum Hom invites you to a truly exceptional dining experience featuring a collaboration between two culinary maestros, Chef Nicolas Isnard and Chef Ian Kittichai. This exclusive dinner showcases the rich culinary traditions of Thailand, brought to life by both chefs, with premium ingredients sourced from the country’s four distinct regions.

Chef Isnard, one-Michelin star guest chef from the restaurant, L’ Auberge de la Charme’ in Prenois, France, joins forces with Khum Hom’s Chef Kittichai, one of Thailand’s most celebrated chefs, for an unforgettable evening.

The special menu delivers a harmonious blend of Thai flavours and French culinary techniques. Chef Isnard and Chef Ian have carefully selected signature ingredients from the four regions of Thailand to create dishes that tell a story of the land and its rich gastronomic heritage. Highlight ingredients include southern Phuket lobster, Doi Tung macadamia from the north, the Isan region’s Korat Wagyu, and central Thailand’s Saraburi venison.

Guests can choose between a meticulously crafted seven-course or nine-course set menu with optional wine pairings.

Some of the spectacular dishes served in this Michelin Star Four Hands Dinner include

  • ‘Tab Khum Wan’ – Grilled foie gras with a spicy tamarind sauce alongside a spicy corn salad
  • Lobster de Phuket with fennel – served with Sturia Oscietra caviar and Aïgo Boulido garlic soup
  • Soupe à l’oignon contemporaine – Chef Isnard’s signature onion soup
  • Butterfish in a spicy coconut sauce
  • Wagyu beef – accompanied by a peanut sauce, a Mak Mao Berry jus and black garlic
  • Coconut-banana bread – with sugared golden banana and a Krayasart crumble
